STAFF POSITIONS

ADMIN:

Founder(s)/Admin: The Founder(s)/Admin are the people who created the station and pay the bills to keep the station operational and legal. The Founder(s)/Admin include the following: Naughty Nana (Angelique Fourie), Thor (Frank Henning-Larsen), Tainted (Lisa Cook) and Latecall (Terry Dolbeck). (Please note: Latecall was an addition to Admin and was not an original founder.)


DJ's

DJ's: Are one part of a two part backbone of the station. Most offer live shows, while a few are set up as syndicated shows (pre-recorded and played on multiple stations). Live DJ's interact with the second half of our backbone, which are our listeners. All DJ's at RRR are considered equal in status. Some DJ's will be promoted to "other" staff positions, however those positions and duties are separate from their duties as a DJ. The number of DJ positions available is directly determined by the open time slots on our DJ Schdule.
Our current DJ's are: Jan Bracke (Epics For All Time - Syndicated), DJ Brad, The Bulldogs (Frans and Dolla), Chris Dymmel (Rock City Demolition - Syndicated) DJLatecall (Terry), DJ LionKing (Matt), DJ Mountain High (Larry), DJ Tainted (Lisa), DJ Tee (Todd) and DJ Thor (Frank).


STATION MANAGERS

We have a few Station Manager positions available. These positions are completely voluntary and would be ideal for people who are very passionate about wanting to help keep the station running smoothly. We're looking to fill at least 1 more station manger position, however, until we have more staff in place to take on these responsibilities, they will be looked after by Admin.
Our current Station Managers are Frans and Letitia (Dolla) Roelofse.

MUSIC DIRECTOR

Terry is our Music Director. Any new music submitted by Independent Artists or Bands, will be submitted to him for review and consideration.


GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Charl Fury-Excell is our Graphic designer. He created our Logo and is willing to help DJ's with the creation of their individual DJ Banners, if the help is wanted or needed.


DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS

Angelique is in charge of all submitted General Contact Forms and Suggestion Forms. The responsibilities of this job include sharing the information with other Admin and also responding to the sender of the form, via E-mail with any responses or resolutions to issues.


DIRECTOR OF STAFF AND SCHEDULING

Lisa is in charge of receiving and processing of DJ applications, scheduling and updating of the schedule, and appointments and training of all other staffing positions.


NEW DJ SET UP AND TRAINING

Frans and Dolla are in charge of setting up new DJ's with Radio Boss and Filezilla. Brad is in charge of general DJ training as needed as well as walking new DJ's through the staff site so they can be shown what they need to download.


AUTO DJ UPDATES

Anglique, Frank, Lisa and Terry are jointly responsible for the updates and addition of music to the Auto DJ. Wish list submissions for the Auto DJ will be updated at least once per week, or more often as time allows.


TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Frank is in charge of general tech issues, such as the following: web browser issues, Skype issues, Malware and Virus issues. Lisa is in of tech support for broadcasting issues such as Radio Boss issues, VAC issues, Request Line issues and corrupted Music File issues.

PLEASE NOTE: Our DJ's will be given the opporutnity to be promoted into "most" of these positions when ever they are available to be filled. DJ's who wish to be promoted to Station Managers, need to have adequate time availability and must be dedicated to the task. Additional Admin will only be addedd by a unanimous vote of all current Admin.
